The City of Beavercreek is a fast-growing community located in the Miami Valley. The city encompasses 27.3 square miles with an estimated population of 46,238 people, according to the 2020 census, and has become a sustained benchmark for successful economic growth within the Dayton region. While the Beavercreek area was first settled in the early 1800’s, the city itself was incorporated in 1980. Beavercreek is home to The Mall at Fairfield Commons, The Greene Town Center, numerous research and manufacturing firms, along with many businesses and wonderful residential neighborhoods. The city also neighbors Wright State University and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the state’s largest single-site employer.

The 2020 census reported Centerville’s population at 24,421.
Centerville City Schools are highly regarded for academic excellence, serving over 8,000 students with a variety of programs in academics, arts, and athletics. The Washington-Centerville Public Library, one of the busiest in Ohio, further enriches our community’s educational and cultural landscape.

Named after one of its founders, Stephen Bell, and the numerous local waterways, Bellbrook was first settled in 1816. With a population of approximately 7,400, the City one of three out of 250 cities in Ohio that do not levy a local income tax. Bellbrook’s Fire, Police, and Service Departments provide services that rank among the best of any municipality in southwest Ohio, ensuring the safety and well-being of its residents.

The city encompasses 14.7 square miles with an estimated population of 34,510 people, according to the 2020 Decennial Census. While the Fairborn area was first settled in the early 1800’s, the city itself was incorporated in 1950. Fairborn is best known for its proximity to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio’s largest single site employer. Fairborn is home to 23 parks and two nature preserves totaling 1,100 acres.

Yellow Springs, founded in 1804, is a unique mix of rural and urban, with a thriving downtown and eclectic neighborhoods surrounded by preserved farmland.
